    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=481" rel="nofollow">jjbescher</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1259<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04 Jun 2010 at 7:51am<br /><br />I have the 173T.&nbsp; The problems that you state are true.&nbsp; When I went to see my dealer before I bought it, he pointed out to me that although FR states that it sleeps 6, 4 is probably the highest, with 5 pushing it.<br><br>I think for the tent area they are talking about the size of the air mattress, not the opening.&nbsp; My air mattress fits over the gap, so no need for support, that is where my legs are.<br><br>I have not tried to sleep on the sofa by itself, tent is normally down and I sleep on the air mattress.<br><br>Hopefully that helps.&nbsp; I do think FR needs to change what they state.<br><br>jon<br>]]>
