You are both correct my friends. I took the outlet off the wall and measured the voltage across the two wires feeding the device - a little over 12 volts. So the device itself has failed. Now to find a replacement outlet. Thanks for the help.

There is no 5v feed. The USB outlet is 12v. Hi there. I haven't seen the usb outlets in the new pods but in general the ones I've seen feed 12V to the outlets where it is internally dropped to 5V. If so, the power source would be one of the fuses in the load center. The breakers are for the 120Vac circuits, you can ignore them.

If the usb outlets are dead and no fuses are blown then probably the only way to determine which one will be to remove the usb outlet from the wall and check the voltage on the conductors feeding it with a voltmeter. Pull the fuses one at a time till the voltage is gone, then replace the outlet, reconnect the conductors keeping the polarity the same and reinstall the fuse.

Hello all,

I have a 2017 1/2 Rpod 179. The included dual USB outlet next to the refrigerator failed last night. I'm trying to troubleshoot and can't find the 5v power source for the outlets. My best google search has also turned up empty. Maybe the source is in the power converter/load center under the pantry by the front door? Fuse?
