Furpod was right, I was delayed getting to this but changed the fuse and all is well.

So if the fuse is good I'd suggest connecting the trailer to your tow vehicle battery or reinstalling your battery and then trying the pump.  That way you won't be trying to run the pump directly on the charger so it should stabilize the voltage on the 12V circuits.  

An overload could as you suspect be caused by the pump being frozen, that would lock the motor which would then draw a high current. So if you suspect that you might want to warm it up before trying it again.  A blow dryer would do it pretty quickly. If it turns out that it did freeze check it for leaks once you have it working. 

BTW the breakers are for the 120vac circuits, the fuses are for the 12Vdc circuits.

     Have a problem, happily it came after our final outing of the season. 2 weeks ago I had emptied everything, including the water heater, blew out the plumbing, and drained the low point drains. I held the antifreeze step because we were hoping to go out this weekend but the weather has turned well below freezing.

     Today I attempted to pump in antifreeze but the pump will not go on, the light on the switch doesn't even go on.  I have had it plugged in since we returned but I hit the display panel expecting to see a full battery(while plugged in, it lit dimly then went blank. After a few moments as if it is recharging it will do so again, same with level indicators for fresh, grey, and black. I've checked all breakers, none tripped, I'm not sure which fuse is for the pump.

     All this occurred while the battery was still connected, and the Pod plugged into house power, nothing else running. Not sure if the battery could cause this but I removed it as it was due for storage anyway. I was sure to isolate the pos and neg terminals and reconnected house power, same result.

     Could it be the converter? I believe the display panel is 12v. All the lights work which are 12v, again this is with the battery removed so the converter is supplying(I believe).

     The 110v system works as I have a space heater going right now.

 

     It is possible the pump was not empty as I simply blew the system out, if the pump froze could it cause this?

     Last thought, I checked the trailer plug and it is clear of debris, and protected from moisture intrusion.

     I am taking a work road trip so I'll work on this late next week but wanted to get my question out there.  This stinks but somehow I feel fortunate that it is happening after our last trip, and while in my driveway.
