Sounds like it was not properly glued to the plywood on the ceiling panels.  It it is under warranty, go to the dealer where you bought it and try to get them to fix it.

2018 190. We have had no leak issues and all the seals are good. The vinyl has begun to ripple and pull away from the ceiling. Material behind the vinyl is solid and no water is present. Any ideas what could cause this and how to repair? Appears that the glue is not holding.
