    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=8894" rel="nofollow">Racerdad</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 12338<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28 Oct 2018 at 3:50am<br /><br />The edge trim that ties in the bottom with the wall panels did not have any gasket sealing it.&nbsp; When I removed some screws from the bottom of the unit there was no evidence of any sealant used when it was built.&nbsp; Thus water could seep in and over time the floor would eventually rot.&nbsp; When I fix the trailer in the spring I will remove the trim and seal it properly as it should have been at the factory. <br>]]>

There was at least one member who bought a used Pod with a bad floor.  Pretty good details on his repair effort.  I don't recall all the details.  I will do some checking too.]]>
