Why are you looking at a 50A protector? You should only need a 30A unit for any RPOD. Look at the TRC Surgeguard 34830. $216 fro Amazon.

Can anyone suggest a nice surge protector to buy, I was trying to save money and bought the cheapest protector Camping World sold, but I was doing some research and of course I should have bought an upgraded one so I have seen a surge guard made by southwire model #34950 I was going to buy but Itwas kinda pricey.$279.00 and I have a 20% off coupon that expires in a few days so my dilemma, should I purchase this protector.
