I actually have gotten a good deal on an R-Pod 180. The salesman was not pushy, there was a delivery fee I wasn't to happy about but I saved quit a bit of money on the R-Pod itself. They showed me what I may need to get the camper going, and bought what I needed. The person that did the walk around with me knew almost everything about how everything worked, but she forgot to mention how to winterize the unit and how to access the water heater to turn the valves. So I just went back there when I had free time and they did a winterization walk through with me, seems simple enough. Over all I am pretty happy with there service there.
