We have a countertop ice maker and don't use the freezer compartment for much else that we couldn't live without. We'd also be able to fit a 1/2 gallon jug of milk in the fridge.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=7876" rel="nofollow">seafans</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 12132<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02 Sep 2018 at 10:59am<br /><br />I removed the freezer compartment at the beginning of summer.&nbsp; The refer doesn't seem to keep items cold enough to prevent spoilage with higher outside temps.&nbsp; About 60 deg temp drop.&nbsp; I found the setting the thermostat one step below max cold.&nbsp; Witch is the next to the longer light bar.&nbsp; Really depend on the need for more room to keep items cold.&nbsp; The temp seems very from about 35 or so in the main compartment to about 50 in the upper area of the storage in the door.&nbsp; There are small battery operated fans to put inside the refer to circulate the air that might help.<br>]]>
