I was able to finish the last week and half of our trip without having to worry by just using the battery charger. I considered a must carry even though I now have WFCO converter to swap out if the Power Dynamics converter I installed dies.<br></div>]]>

That said, your 12V systems will continue to operate as long as there is juice in your battery(ies). You might want to check fuses first.<br>]]>

However, there are a pair of higher amperage fuses that protect the converter from a reversed battery connection. They will blow if the battery is ever connected reversed, even for an instant. Check these fuses. The converter may be OK.&nbsp;</font>]]>

Some systems will not operate, on some pods, if there is no battery installed, and the converter is providing power, mostly, just the slide. It draws so many instant amps that without a battery to buffer the load, it errors out.]]>
