Being that I have a 173T, I would say there are 2 queen sized areas.  The sofa can maybe fit one person, when the air mattress is open.

Brand new, showroom perfect, never used 2010 173T. Purchased 4/15/10 from dealer in Surprise, AZ and towed to So. Utah. Lovingly watched over and utterly new. Paid 14,700 plus tax. No reasonable offer refused.
