I'm sure they have had some decals that needed to be removed and could tell you what is safe to use without damaging the surface. If you get an answer please post it since it seems 80% of a Pod is decals it would be helpful. ]]>

You can nick the surface.  Heat it and use a hard plastic scraper.  Once you get the decal off, you can use several available products to remove excess adhesive.]]>
