Author: poodlemom1367
Subject: 11933
Posted: 21 Jul 2018 at 9:50am

Hey Rpodders, anyone have suggestions of where I might camp in OR with 2 very active dogs that can be off leash IN the campground at least sometimes? I always used to know where to go to do this but I had an older not so wild dog and there were many fewer campers in those days so it always worked just fine. With my 2 young nutball dogs it might be a challenge for awhile. I took the plunge and just bought a 180 and am now working out where to go first once I do a few close by maiden voyages. I have researched a ton and found a few places that have an "off leash area" which will be something to try but I maybe need more remote places where there are just likely to be a few but not many other campers or dog minded people that can handle friendly dogs? Thanks in advance for any insights, thoughts, experience etc!
