Tail Lights are with running lights.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=6036" rel="nofollow">lostagain</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11820<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 Jul 2018 at 6:09pm<br /><br />There is an elegantly simple and low tech way to test the brake lights if you are alone and there's no one to tell you if they're on when you push the brake. &nbsp;A simple stick cut to fit between the brake pedal and the front of your seat, such that the brake is depressed enough to turn the lights on works fine. &nbsp;Push the brake, put the stick between the pedal and the seat front, then get out and look. &nbsp;If the TV brake lights are on then the trailer lights should be too. If not, you may have a problem that warrants further inquiry.]]>

Good luck with the search - hopefully installation won't be too tricky! When I installed ours in my wife's Ridgeline the receiver/screen just plugs into the cigarette lighter 12v but I had to hardwire the camera (wann't too bad, ran a line from the taillight compartment).</div>]]>

Do you have any preference whether the monitor mounts on the dash or becomes part of the rear view mirror? Systems are available either way.]]>

Lots of things to consider - where/how you'll mount the screen, removable vs fixed, size, one camera or two (some folks like to have one on the back of the trailer also, to see where you are backing once hitched up vs just using it to hook up).</div>]]>
