I have some similar marks on the walls in the bedroom of my 190.  I determined it to be possibly greasy dirty hand prints. The walls are assembled with a thermal activated glue, so doubt it's glue.. possibly moisture..

I brought my new 2018 171 home a couple days ago and noticed tiny holes on wall panel near seating the area, it appears glue is coming out. There is also obvious discoloration. I am, of course, calling the dealer on Monday, but has anyone ever experienced anything like this - and is it appropriate for me to request a different camper?
