    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1146" rel="nofollow">jato</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11716<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11 Jun 2018 at 4:43pm<br /><br />Part # is 520789 and they run around 20 bucks, maybe a google search will garner you one at a lower cost.&nbsp; I had to replace mine once after I toasted the original, which was all of a few weeks old.&nbsp; Since then I always make sure the 3 valves are turned to summer mode and there is water in the tank BEFORE turning the electric on.&nbsp; The element is now 7 years old and still looks great, maybe because it only sees our well water, no municipal or city water that has all those "additives" that&nbsp; may likely shorten the&nbsp; life of the element.<br>]]>
