Part # is 520789 and they run around 20 bucks, maybe a google search will garner you one at a lower cost.  I had to replace mine once after I toasted the original, which was all of a few weeks old.  Since then I always make sure the 3 valves are turned to summer mode and there is water in the tank BEFORE turning the electric on.  The element is now 7 years old and still looks great, maybe because it only sees our well water, no municipal or city water that has all those "additives" that  may likely shorten the  life of the element.

I have a 2015 182G Rpod but cannot get to it to see what the water heater element number is, or which one I need.  Surburban has SW 12, 10 and 16s.  I don't want to order the wrong part and see nothing in the online manual yet.
