    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=6857" rel="nofollow">geewizard</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11677<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09 Jun 2018 at 9:09am<br /><br />I contacted Forest River.&nbsp; They suggested Goo B Gone or acetone.&nbsp; I tried both and neither did anything.<br><br>I'm thinking I need to paint over the glue or replace the panel.&nbsp; Forest River said to contact the parts department for a new panel.<br><br>BUT.....that means removing molding and such.&nbsp; I wonder how much damage to adjacent surfaces I'll do removing it.<br><br>I need to do something because every time I step into the RPod, I get pissed that the factory workers did that AND I didn't see it on the dealer walk-through.<br><br>Any ideas?<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=6182" rel="nofollow">PodWa</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11677<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 Jun 2018 at 7:19pm<br /><br />I had this same problem with my 2017 RP-179. &nbsp;I used some mineral spirits in the attempt to remove the adhesive. &nbsp;The mineral spirits did make subtle changes to the interior finish where I applied it and rubbed the surface. &nbsp;I thought that mineral spirits would be less aggressive than acetone or Goof Off. &nbsp;My point is, test carefully before using solvents on any part of the interior of your pod.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=6857" rel="nofollow">geewizard</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11677<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05 Jun 2018 at 4:06pm<br /><br />Our 177 has numerous construction adhesive blobs, streaks, and fingerprints on one of the front wall/ceiling panels.&nbsp; These are left over from manufacturing.&nbsp; They seems to be getting more noticeable as the unit ages.&nbsp; And yes, we missed them when we did the walk-through since they were barely visible then.<br><br>Any suggestions on how to remove that stuff?&nbsp; I've tried brake cleaner, rubbing alcohol, DEET bug spray so far.<br><br><br>]]>
