We are like you mjlrpod, if we see a pod as we are walking by and if we see its occupants we usually will say something like, "we like your rpod, how do you like it?"  If they are friendly we stop and chat, if they act put off by the question, we move on.  As Mike stated above, you meet come really great people in the campground, you also meet their opposites, and they may be your neighbor for the day.

I do consider them kind of family. But I let them come to me. If they want to talk they will, if not I don't care. I'm happy. The friendly folks will welcome you, the others I don't care to meet. I went out for memorial day weekend to a nearby beach front state park, and I saw atleast 5 pods in the park. They all had 1 thing in common. It seemed like they were never there. I'm one of those crazy guys that thinks that if there is another pod in the park, I must go over and say hi. It's like owning a pod makes you family to me. So when ever I go by, I notice if the people are there. I wonder if it's just podders that are always gone? or is it just podders that i notice are gone.
