However, too much force and too little lubrication can cause the metal to gall and seize. I've had nuts and bolts seize on me when tightening them, so the same thing might be happening with the jack screw.<br>]]>

Seriously considered building a drive unit so I could use 2 at once on the new camper.<br></div>]]>
