Hi I'm Carmen. I recently purchased a 2010 max3 from a private owner and she include the room MINUS poles. We discovered this when we're ready to go camping! I bought what I thought was a pole kit from rw parts country but I guess the flexpole is sold separately. Where do I buy a flepole? Most sites have answers only via computer chat which is not very helpful and how do I determine the proper size? The rail measures 16 feet but the awning probably uses 13 feet.
