Questions I would want answered: Indoor or outdoor storage? If outdoor, covered or uncovered? Overall condition? Everything (refrigerator, AC, furnace, water heater, etc.) functional? Tire age/condition? I expect that it probably does not have risers given the year. If the tires are original, plan on replacing them before putting it on the road, including the spare. If it is in as good a shape as "slightly used" would seem to indicate, it is indeed a very reasonable price.
