I'm not familiar with the 177's layout. Can you access the back side of the faucet? If so, try removing the water line (turn the pump off and release all pressure first) and see if you can then force some air through from the front side to blow out any crud that is in there. If you don't have a compressor, a can of compressed gas duster such as Dust Off should suffice.]]>

Since we dry camp, we never use the water system and discovered that after a short spurt of water nothing came out of the faucets. I followed you advice and took the kitchen faucet apart - lots of calcification! All kinds of grit clogged the screen of the faucet. Washed that out and ran the water for a bit and it is fine.&nbsp; The hot water faucet in the bath works, but not the cold.&nbsp; I couldn't find a way to open it up enough to clean it. Do you have to take off the whole panel around those faucets, taking out the caulking and hoping not to damage the wall?&nbsp; Or is there another way to get in there?<div>Thanks!</div>]]>

When the water was turned back on, a thin layer of grainy material was found in the bottom of the sink and the flow is now much increased.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Never underestimate the power of a big crescent wrench handle in the hands of a little lady!</div><div><br></div><div>So, I believe the problem is solved, but I don't remember encountering this previously in the forum.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Is it just our water?&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Is there a preventative step that will avoid recurrence??</div><div><br></div><div><u>Thanks very much for your quick help!!</u></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1146" rel="nofollow">jato</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11451<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22 Apr 2018 at 5:24pm<br /><br />So I just unscrewed the unit that holds the faucet down, carefully pull up and the faucet comes off, you can easily see it there would be any obstruction there.&nbsp; At that point I would quickly turn the pump on and off to see if any water comes out of the white plastic basin that the faucet base fits into.&nbsp; If not the problem lies in the line between the water pump and that white plastic part, about 3 feet.&nbsp; Possibly a kink in the line, between the water pump and the faucet, actually check this out before proceeding to do the above.&nbsp; Hopefully you will solve this issue soon.&nbsp; Let us know what you find.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1146" rel="nofollow">jato</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11451<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22 Apr 2018 at 5:11pm<br /><br />Sounds like an obstruction in the water line that may have lodged itself inside the faucet.&nbsp; Take a small flexible wire and push back as far as you can from the faucet outlet.&nbsp; I would try this first w/o the outlets open to see if you can feel any obstruction.&nbsp; If not, turn both outlets to open and repeat this procedure to see if the problem lies inside the faucet.&nbsp; I am going outside right now to check my faucet to see where else to look or to do next.&nbsp; <br>]]>

Shutting city water off and running on water in our tank, the water pump motor works while we use the bathroom, then shuts off when the pressure isn't needed, just like it's supposed to. Opening both the hot water and cold water faucet handles, the kitchen sink still dribbles and the water pump goes 'on' only briefly every-so-often. I removed the spout strainer and the faucet spout still just dribbles.</div><div><br></div><div>I am getting good pressure everywhere BUT the kitchen faucet, hot or cold. I haven't turned the water heater on yet.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>??The problem seems to be in the water line(s) between the water pump and the faucets for BOTH hot and cold water??</div></div><div><br></div><div>I look forward to your comments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>HELP!</div>]]>
