The Opus is a subsidiary of PurpleLine. They make several interesting products, and if you really, really want to get off the road, this could be an option. That NO BO is cool. Like LEO my wife is a 19.5 fan. I did find two at a dealer in TN. Take a look at the mentioned NoBo.. Built in the same plant as the R-Pod and Surveyor...

I understand why some people are drawn to tent trailers, I'm not one of them. This one looks pretty cool but for tent camping I'd rather just sleep in one of the tents we already have (yes I have several, some people collect stamps, some collect antiques, some collect ... etc. etc.). they're all quick and easy to put up and don't have to be towed. We started in a pop up many years back, it had more set up and wasn't as good in the weather.
Though it is pretty cool looking.
We are kind of checking out the No Bo 19.5 model. Pretty enticing!

Especially any PUP from Australia.. besides the wet canvas issues of all PUPs, That one, just like all the other Aussie Adventure Trailers that make it here, it's stupid expensive. The FOB base MSRP on that is a few pennies shy of $20K.. you can be sure, shipped and imported here, it's close to $30K real money.. for a tent on wheels.

If an expedition trailer suits your style.. maybe look at http://turtlebacktrailers.com/ little less expensive, and American made.. FR just brought out the NoBo series, not exactly the same, but the 10.5 is pretty close, and real world pricing seems to be a bit under $10K..

All that said.. expedition trailers are looking very good to us in the future, and she has been researching them pretty heavy. I like several of the Aussie models.

Everything is a trade off... LOL

Pretty cool. Definitely the high end of tent campers. I have never owned a tent camper, have stayed in them, my only complaint was they leak in inclement weather. I saw this camper posted online. I looks really well thought out. I'm not ready to trade in my pod, but this thing is pretty cool. I'm sure i'll get a few hisses, but take a good look at the big room you add/have depending if its an option or standard. The big slide out kitchen, and slide out storage on the other end. Plus the carry capabilities on top. They say 90 seconds to put up.
