For whatever reason, I have the misfortune of coming across too many flags in the United States that are leaned against or rubbing on something. Most of the time - depending on the setting - I politely speak to the flag owner (which is often a private-business owner) and they're quick to resolve it. Mistakes (and wind!) can of course happen to any of us. But it's always upsetting to observe when it's obvious that the flag could not possibly have flown free the way it was attached. So thanks all!

I had a bracket on the side of the camper that held a 15' piece of 3/4" steel conduit with the flag attached at the top. I haven't read of anyone doing something like that on here yet. If folks are, I'm just wondering how you're doing it? Is it a pole in the ground or something mounted to the Rpod?
