We actually decided to try the rental route and see how it goes for a year, so unfortunately it's no longer available for sale. You can check out the rental page if you're interested though.

We made an exciting and sad decision today to sell our 2009 R172 Pod with bunk beds. We got it used as a 1 owner in the fall of 2014. Never traveled far with it, always within an hour or two of our home in Ohio. All of the mechanical is in great shape. Water heater, A/C, Heater, Fridge, Microwave and DVD player all work great. Decals on the front and the back were both peeling so bad I had them removed a couple of years back, so it's just the decals on the sides that remain. Front and back are solid white. Brand new tires in 2015, probably about 1500 miles on them. We were also fortunate that it came with the R-dome and a cover. Used the R-dome a few times, it's in great shape. Never took the cover out of the bag, but you're welcome to it. $6,500 OBO. Feel free to PM me.
