Welcome Todd. We purchased the 189 in December but we don't pick it up until March. I can't wait.  We chose the sofa because most of the time it will be my wife and I and we really liked the dry bath.  Where have you camped in the Appalachians?

Hello

The two biggest factors :
Rear Dinette
Dry Bath
With the location of the dry bath in the middle across from the slide you don't feel like you've lost space.
The dinette serves us 2 purposes with a larger place to hang out watch tv etc and a roomy bed for our daughter when she's home from college and traveling with us.
We took our time making sure to compare everything from the Winnie drop, Hummingbird, etc etc and Rpod always had more floor plans to choose from. We love to camp in the Appalachians and forests of ky and Tennessee. We are trying Michigan this year as well!

Hello,

Just a quick shout out to everyone. Will be taking delivery of a 2018 190 in a week or so.
While shopping for RV's i didn't think we would go the R-POD route but it won out for several reasons.
On the other hand some of these RV dealers have some shady tactics that are very old school and i was like wow people really fall for these old scams, lol.
