Thank you for the explanation, best the way it is, in today's world when adults get involved sometimes things can get overly complicated and difficult.
Better to keep it simple and keep Big brother out of it, act like a bunch of pre teens playing pick up school yard baseball with used tennis balls back in the fifties, biggest issue was when somebody got really lucky and put the ball on the school roof, game over cause there was only one ball.

Thank you for the compliments and welcome to the group!

The expense and hosting of the forum is covered by the Admins (but not me). Costs are kept down to make this possible. It has always been free to use and there are no plans to change that I am aware of. This keeps us untainted from commercial pressures. The downside is that we may not have all of the "bells & whistles" we might want.

If money were to start changing hands, there would be regulations, the IRS, etc......in short, a lot of hooey to deal with.

Thank you for the offer. The best way to help is to post frequently and enjoy the posts of others.

Sorry, I had just been playing some World of Warcraft.. and that is/was the name of one of the games expansion packs a few years ago.. for whatever reason, it popped into my mind to use it in conversation.. LOL

I am a registered member of 3 R-Pod forums. None of which require funds. I am most active in this one as it meets my needs best. I have been browsing the mod forum and there are lots of ideas, I will ad a mattress topper and a Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C immediately.
Our dealer supplies a fair number of items with new units and we upgraded a couple of those.
We travel pretty light and simple and will make a couple multiple day trips before we do anything too much.

It is not, and never has been sponsored by a dealership etc. In fact, that is exactly why this forum exists.

The first R-Pod forum WAS owned by a dealer, it still is actually. There were.... issues.

There was great cataclysm, and this was the result.

We bought the 2018 RP179 today.
The dealer will store it for us until April.
Has the Thule awning and pretty well every option except the power tongue jack.
They are going to remove the TV and bracket but we will keep them for the future.
Going to use it a couple times early spring then make changes needed for a long western trip.
Thanks to everyone that took the time to answer my questions it made the final deal much easier.
