    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.rpod-owners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=14" rel="nofollow">yizit</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1081<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01 Feb 2010 at 12:57am<br /><br />Here's a quick and easy clean up meal:&nbsp; Chicken dinner in foil.<br><br>This is a recipe for 4, but it is really easy to make for less.<br><br>4-boneless/skinless chicken breasts<br>Salt and pepper<br>1-Package dry chicken gravy mix or 1 envelope onion or chicken soup mix<br>Any frozen vegetable of your choice<br>1-1 1/2 cup frozen french fries or tator tots<br><br>Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees (we have cooked these on a small gas grill/you may want to wrap in double foil).&nbsp; Place chicken on separate sheets of foil (I use non-stick).&nbsp; Sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.&nbsp; Sprinkle each with 2 tsps dry gravy mix (or soup mix).&nbsp; Place approximately 1/3 cup frozen vegetable and 7-8 potatoes with chicken.&nbsp; Seal packets.&nbsp; Place on baking sheet (I have also just placed them directly on the rakes).&nbsp; Bake 45-60 minutes or until chicken is tender.&nbsp; You can save yourself clean up just by eating right out of the tin foil.<br><br>]]>
