I don't know if the May 17, 2017 changes are included. They can be viewed on the <a href="http://rvdailyreport.com/industry/new-forest-river-service-policy-irks-rv-dealers/" target="_blank">RV D@ily Report</a> site. I think Forest River is attempting to improve its service, but so much relies on dealers. Note that in Forest River's warranty, items such as the converter are not covered by Forest River, but by the component manufacturer's warranty. That would also apply to the furnace, water heater, water pump, air conditioner, stove, etc.<br>]]>
