I've tried it both ways. Will check again with a different faucet, maybe the bathroom first.  All the faucets seem to be in working order. Now that's one unusual problem I would say. By chance did you NOT have a sink or shower valve open while you pumped the antifreeze into the system?

I was winterizing my 182 G and the antifreeze sprays out the city water inlet instead of the faucets! Unless I'm totally mistaken when I looked at my 180 model the pump and such is under the bed toward the back side on the left behind the hot water heater. It depends on the model you have I think? Confused

Are you looking down at floor level?  You have to unscrew the kick panel and look behind it (not in the cabinet under the sink -- below that).

Under your sink near the floor you should find a plastic 3-way valve.  One line comes from your fresh water tank, the one opposite that goes to your water pump.  The 3rd line is the one you are looking for, should be a short pigtail about 12 - 18 inches long.  AFTER turning your 2 or 3 valves on top of your hot water heater to bypass, turn that 3 way valve 1/4 turn (it only turns one way) and put the pigtail into your antifreeze bottle.  Turn on your water pump and open your faucets until the pink comes out.  You are done.  I have only done it once that way back in 2011 when we purchased our 177.  I didn't like the antifreeze taste the following spring.  Had to use a couple apps. of white vinegar and lemon juice to rid the lines of the smell and taste.  Anyway since 2012 I have only use air pressure to blow out my lines (this is year 6) and have had no problems and it only takes about 1 minute to clear the lines out.  I do use approximately 1 pint of antifreeze for the 2 sink and 1 shower trap and then a small amount on top of the toilet seal to keep the seal lubricated during those cold winter months.]]> Sun, 08 Oct 2017 19:27:57 +0000 http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=10777&PID=100644#100644 winterizing : I can't find the lose hose... http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=10777&PID=100643#100643 Author: marcagoddard
