I use a anti-slip rug "mat". It works like a charm. My grandson is a whirligig and it at least keeps the cushions where they belong...him and his bedding is a different story.

See my mods (link in signature). I just finished my mod to accomplish this.On ours, the seat is 4" thick so the replacement cushions I made are also 4" thick and  I use a 1" support under the 3/4" plywood platform I made to make the plywood level with the slide-out base.

We found a good solution to that.  throw away all the funky cushion "things" on the couch. Have a 4" foam back made & covered that is 75" long and ~ 15-16" high.  Cut a 3/4" plywood that is same measurement as the back and you can lay it on the two "foot stool" things without the cushions.  the seat of the couch is 3" and the back cushion is 4" so that difference makes the whole thing level.  We put a twin mattress protector, a twin fitted sheet around the two cushions and it works like a charm.  In the morning, remove bed linens, slide the board under the seat cushion and it's a couch again.]]> Sat, 14 Apr 2018 19:32:50 +0000 https://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=10775&PID=107318#107318 https://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=10775&PID=102512#102512 Author: rpodmybe

We took the interim step of using an air mattress. It easily stowed away in the ottoman. If I remember right somewhere on this forum someone posted a video of what I believe he did for that problem was buy an sleeping bag and piece of memory foam to insert inside it which made its own mattress. Nice idea except then you have this sleeping bag and foam to store someplace?
