We saw a crossover SUV towing an R-Pod and thus began our journey.

We are new to TT camping, having always tent camped. We needed a TT that would fit into our storage space. Remembering how awesome the R-Pod looked, I started with the Forest River website. We determined the overall size of any of the R-Pods was perfect for our storage space. We found the floor plan that would fit us. Then we began looking for a local dealer. Therein was the challenge. The one local dealer only ordered R-Pods when they had an order with 10% deposit. And the large conglomerate dealers didn't even order them. (Whaaa??? )

Fast forward a couple years and we started looking again. The local dealer had sold out to a conglomerate. We found another dealer about an hour drive from our home and drove out there. Eureka! They had several different R-Pod models IN STOCK! We picked up our RP-180 and have not looked back. We love it. It's perfect for us!

We are still figuring out what else we "need" to put in the camper. (Does that list ever end? )

See you at the park!
