I found same remote I have at www.jensenrvdirect.com, under accessories. There are 2 - the PXXRCASA Remote for 24, 26, 32 and 40 series. It is 15.99 on the site. The other is the RXXRC15US for the 11, 12, 13,14 and 15 series. It is 14.99. We started by getting one of the universal remotes, but it did not work for our Jensen model.  Believe me, I tried every possible code.

We use a Harmony remote. It's not ideal because of the way Jensen implemented their remote control operation, but it works well most of the time. Can anyone tell me what remote controls you have with your entertainment system? I bought my rpod used and it has no remotes. Kinda frustrating when trying to play a movie for the kids..
I do not see a model # on the head unit and the tv # is covered up by the mounting bracket.. not a huge deal but just annoying not having them
