I just emptied what looked to be a full tank of water the dealer put in, unknown to me. I'm taking the plug with me and will see if they have valves. Since I will store the trailer at times, I agree it would be nice to just turn a valve when emptying and sanitizing. Thanks!

Make sure it's in there. Also, the drain plug caps for the hot and cold lines also have rubber gaskets.

They could fall out when taken off, and maybe not notice when putting back on, resulting in a drip or leak.

Just a little plumbing knowledge to make me realize I need to ask questions. Thanks for the reply. I have an old kitty, stray, about 13-15 years with medical issues. Hopeful that she can join me for awhile. Glad to know not everyone has a dog - but maybe in the future...
