A lowerpower setting cooks the chicken gently without making it tough. Theglaze adds a nice color and flavor to the chicken.</em></span></p>      <p ="style1">GLAZED CHICKEN &amp; SNAP PEAS</p>        <p style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 20 oz.)</strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>1 clove garlic, minced</strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>2 tablespoons soy sauce</strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>2 tablespoons catsup</strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>1 tablespoon thawed frozen orange juice concentrate</strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>1 tablespoon honey</strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>2 teaspoons cornstarch    </strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>1/4 teaspoon dry mustard </strong></p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt;"><strong>2 cups frozen sugar snap peas (from 1-lb. pkg.) </strong></p>        <p>1.Place chicken breasts in single layer in shallow 9-inch roundmicrowave-safe dish. Stir together garlic, soy sauce, catsup,concentrate, honey, cornstarch and mustard in 2-cup glass measure. </p>        <p>2. MICROWAVE (100%), uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes of until boiling, stirring once. Brush over chicken; cover loosely.</p>        <p>3. MICROWAVE (60 to 70%) 8 to 9 minutes or until chicken is just about done. Let stand covered. </p>        <p>4.MICROWAVE (100%) peas in covered microwave-safe dish 3 to 4 minutes oruntil tender. Drain; place around chicken. Cover loosely.</p>        <p style="margin-bottom: 0pt;">5. If necessary, MICROWAVE (60 to 70%) 2 to 3 minutes or until seaming hot. </p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt;" align="right">About 4 Servings</p>        <p style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>TIPS ·</strong> For larger or smaller quantities, allow about 8 minutes/pound of chicken, microwaving at 60 to 70%. </p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;">&gt;Chicken thighs can be substituted for breasts; trim away all visible fat. </p>        <p style="margin-top: 0pt;">&gt;Fresh pea pods can be substituted for frozen.</p>        <p ="style2" style="margin-bottom: 0pt;"><strong>Nutrition Info/Serving:</strong> 221 calories, 35 g protein, 15 g carbohydrate, 2 g fat, 82 mg cholesterol, 699 mg sodium, 1.7 g dietary fiber. </p>]]>
