What part of Washington? We so love that state, but such a long drive for us, we usually fly.
Not knowing we were going to buy the rpod we made reservations to Portland, OR next month to visit a friend and then drive south to Crater Lake, Redwood National Monument, Oregon Caves and Astoria.
Hope to bring the rpod next year and enjoy more time in Washington.

Actually the first trip is getting it home from Hamilton, Ohio about 180 miles. We don't have a local dealer and they were the cheapest of my internet searches.

The first camping trip will probably be to Maumee Bay State Park just up the road about 36 miles. We tent camped there last month and it is really a great place. Large lots usually 60 X 60 with privacy plantings between most lots. The only drawback is no park rangers were ever seen in our three days there.

That should be our shake down test for what we need to load up. Hello everyone. We just were notified we can pick up our new rpod next week. Will go out today and sign storage contract. Thanks for those who responded to my questions about inside or outside storage. We will do outside for now.
Anne and I have been busy on Amazon making a wish list and ordering all those things we saw as suggestions under the necessary category.   
Since we are going to store it outside we'll order a cover today if the site is what we want.
Looking forward to our first trip.
