Heater worked once when used during 1st year. Next year, it did not. Found that the "blower motor failed" and needed to R&R.
Suburban warranty covered because we had extended warranty to 2 years.
"Sacramento Valley RV" came to our home and did work on our property.
Very satisfied with them.
