We had the WH circuit board go bad the day we took delivery of our new R-Pod 179. Took it back the next morning for a replacement and it's been good since.

Absolutely, the 99.99999 percent answer is your bypass valves are set wrong. +1 on the valve positions.  That would be the simplest solution and a highly likely one for someone new to Pods and RVs.  If you don't know what we're talking about, just ask.

If there really is a problem, I'd check first to see if whatever acts a thermostat on the water heater can be replaced.  I'd guess it would be $10 part.  If it comes to replacing the water heater, check on line.  Camping World probably has them on the shelf; Amazon probably has them.  There are a ton of other places on the web.

Having water heater problem with 2013 R-Pod recently purchased. Will start heating but only runs long enough to get water Luke warm then shuts off..
