Taking The Plunge : After camping with an Aliner camper...

    Author: Wildspirit
Subject: 10473
Posted: 06 Aug 2017 at 11:04pm

After camping with an Aliner camper for the last five years we have decided it is time to get a different setup. We are not getting any younger and need to have storage more accessible then below waist level and/or under cushions. We still wanted a smaller trailer and after doing our research we settled on an R-Pod 179. We like the rear kitchen layout and the inside storage. We just camped the last time in our Aliner and now have it up for sale. Once sold we will purchase out 179. As we live in Washington, we will be dealing with Poulsbo RV if we buy new. I would appreciate any help with how to approach negotiations would be appreciated. Does anyone have an idea of what the MSRP markup is over invoice? I am just trying to figure out what would be a fair price for the R-Pod.

Thanks in advance.

Keith
