This stuff works great, and it has kept the cover on our hot tub protected for several years.]]>

However, I think that the gears on a slide out would be a perfect application for some dry graphite lubrication. Graphite would provide a low-friction lubrication without attracting any dust or other gunk that an oil-based lubricant would.]]>

I'm going to try it tonight as the lube is twenty bucks and I have a baby powder can sitting at home. I'll post my results.. I have all the storage door seals sticking and I'm sure the slide seals need it as well. Good thing my wife was scared of using the powder with talc in it! ]]>
