Try hand sanitizer gel.
Sounded odd to me, too, when someone suggested it.

We have successfully removed pine pitch with Goo-Gone.  For the roof we use MeGuiars Ultimate Liquid Wax.  Last week I used Protect All on all the decals and then covered everything with the Meguiars.  Finish on pod feels like a baby's butt. SMOOTH

Newly purchased 2016 179, spent most of last year in a southern pine forest so there are lots of pine tar spots on roof. Wondering what is best product to remove pine tar, and what wax/rv coating product is best to maintain and protect roof? Thanks in advance for your time and energy.
