I did not purchase my 179 from Coates in MN, but have had a couple minor service/warranty issues with the Dometic fridge.  I took it to Coates as it was close to me.  I have had some of the best service I have ever had with any product.  They called me to provide updates. Everyone I have dealt with there is very positive, friendly - making what could have been a difficult experience very easy.  They don't  sell Rpods, but do sell other FR products.
