If you can tell me the member name, I could reset to something simple. Then she could log on to the forum and reset the PW to whatever she pleases.

Otherwise, she could try sending an email to:

WA9DU@arrl.net

This should forward to my "real" email. Title the email something like "forum PW reset", so I do not delete unread (spam/phishing/etc).

Please keep me updated so we can get her active again.

How can a member who can’t log in contact the forum admin?She is a current member, lost her password, keeps trying to have a passwordreset link sent and it’s not working. The error message says to contact the forumadministrator; but she can’t do that since she cannot log in. Is there a way tocontact the forum admin from the “outside”?
