I took out the unit from the wall and there was the RED sticker to remove the transport screw before installation. I removed the screw and now it works. It looks like many have had the same problem. If only the factory workers could follow instructions. Confused

+1. Remove the faceplate. You'll see the sticker that says to remove this screw. Works perfectly. Easy peasy.

It is brand new r pod. When you put in the disk it does not sound like it is spinning after a few seconds it ejects the disc. I have read that there is a transport screw in the back that needs to be removed. It should of been removed during installation.

Never had the issue in Pod. But have had issues with drives in past. Does it attempt to spin (read) then eject or just eject no spin. You could try a discwasher disc the unit may be dirty or have an obstruction.
