Built-in DVD does not project on Jensen TV -- I have a 2015 HRE 178 Pod (which I love, BTW!!). TV works fine as a TV, sound is coming from DVD, but no picture for DVD. Please help. I note that a couple others have posted the same question but there are no answers :-( I don't have a manual which probably wouldn't help much anyway! I have googled everything I can think of but can't find an answer.

You have to go to the Travel Trailer section, then to entertainment and electronics, you will see a manual print on the radis, that is little help. Thanks Mike! I read the manual online before I posted, but didn't read past initial set up! Now see that I need to make sure cables are properly connected in back. Duh!
