In your packet of materials you should have received a yellow sheet of paper with all of the model numbers and serial numbers of the items in the POD. However when we went to register the refrigerator the serial number was not accepted. We looked inside the refrigerator and there were no stickers with registration numbers. We then went outside and removed the bottom black plastic panel for the refrigerator and the serial number was there (and was different by four digits) and worked when I went to register online. Do not know where the a/c serial number is.

On our fridg it inside on the back wall, if I remember right you have to take the drawer out

As a side note.. the factory warranty started the day you signed on the dotted line, any questions anyone has been asked about warranty work revolved around that.

Richand Cindy I had the same problem when I tried to register the fridge's number with Dometric only I was sent a letter which stated that the sticker was on the wall by the door. They also rejected the air conditioner number and stated that the number could be seen by looking in the return grill of the unit. Try looking up through all those little holes some time and trying to see something in there almost impossible Any way I did find the number for the fridge thanks to all for the help. But I still need the AC number. |
