Hi, we just bought a 2016 1/2 RPod Hood River Ed Model 180, (we traded in our 171). The dealer at the time did not have a RDome so one was ordered and I just got it today after a 2 month wait.

I don't think it is the correct Model. The RDome that came is Model 747GRN13.00 Serial #7470900173, it came in a "slide bag" so it rolls up into the bag and stays on the side of the trailer when towing. It is 13 feet long. The instructions and picture on the box show a tent trailer.

My "C" channel is 11 feet 4 inches long and has a opening gap of 5/16 to up to 1/2 inch. So while the bag is a good idea, (we had one on our old tent trailer pop-up) the "slider bead" is to small and I don't want to clamp down to make the channel smaller.

Does anyone know the correct model of the RDome from Dometic is for a RPod 180? I have seen the "C-Channel" on some RPods to be about 2 inches below the edge of the roof, mine is just below the edge of the roof with no gap.

I believe that the correct model number for a 180 is 747GRN13.202 (or 747BLC13.202 for the blue model).
