Just bought a 2017 R Pod 179 yesterday. We pick it up next week and can't wait to go camping. We have had campers in the past but nothing like the R Pod. I think it will be perfect for us as we are retired now and don't want to lug around a huge camper. We have been reviewing this forum for several days before purchasing and want to let everyone know that we are impressed. Tons of great ideas and problem solving. Thanks for the warm welcome. We look forward to attending a rally or two and hope to meet as many fellow podders as possible. We are based in Central Illinois and will be camping mostly at Clinton Lake or Lake Shelbyville since we are boaters, too. Doug, as new podders, I really appreciate all the effort and insight you put into this forum.
