My husband and I have had our 179 since this past June. We took 2 "get acquainted" trips to work out the kinks and plan our mods. Most are complete and we are soon to head out rom snowy VT and head south for a month! I will list out the mods in another post! I have followed this forum but just registered in.🤓

Thank you ! We are heading down to Fl -Grayton Beach State Park on the Panhandle first. Family visits ,beaches and then coming back up~ a stay on Tybee Island and back to VT.

Tybee Island is nice. We did not camp there, but visited there while I was stationed at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah. I have been to Pensacola for a military school at Pensacola Naval Air Station. It isn't too far from Grayton Beach. Will you be staying at the state park there? I looked at the web site and it looks like it would be a good place.

Yes We are 5 nights at Grayton Beach. There is what is called a dune lake there, supposedly only one of two worldwide ! We are staying at Rivers End on Tybee. Cant wait !
