Hi all,

Was looking for any info/opinions about Pirateland campground in South Carolina. I am looking for a fishing spot to go to for November after spending October at Cape Hatteras.

Thanks

Leo B

We drove through it last winter while camping in the area.. It's very open. Laid out kind of funny, but close to the beach. Most of the "amenities" are closed after Labor day.. The front area has tons of permanent residents..

We like Huntington Beach S.P., and go every year now for a couple weeks..

Check out Myrtle Beach Travell Park if you have not already. It's a resort. Friends of mine camp there and I explored it last year when we happened to be down there at the same time. www.myrtlebeachtravelpark.com.
