We have a 2011 model 175. We want to install a 24 inch television. We have a tv mount that we will also install. We are thinking about screwing a piece of plywood into the wall beside the bed against the back bathroom wall. We have the headbanger tv/dvr which is to small for our old eyes. Our concern is the size and location of the studs on the bedside wall of the bathroom. our stud finder wasn't working. We are also concerned about the wires connecting the thermostat that is located in the middle of the of the wall to the right of the bathroom door. I would appreciate any recommendations.

Lago,
Just talked to my buddy with the 175. He says there are no studs down the middle, just the outside corner and one against the outside wall, And the plywood could screw into these without worry. Asked where will you plug it in?

Thanks for your reply. It is extremely helpful. We were planning to run the plug and cable across the ceiling and plug in at the headbanger. Do you think this is a good plan?

I don't think you have many options other than that. The wall is hollow so you could bring a power line up the wall to a plug, but the cable lines are a little tougher, you would have to find out if they are in the ceiling and get them there somehow. But everything is possible with a little moxie.
I just bought one of these 12volt DVD tv's

and now i watch dvd's with it even when there is no 110 ac. 12volts wiring is simpler to find and run and you could put in a usb charging port for phones and such.
